AAA - THE AUTO CLUB GROUP

Tampa-based AAA Auto Club South and Dearborn, Michigan-based, The Auto Club Group combined operations in 2011.  The merger required that uniform business practices be established and put in place for issues that needed to be addressed was protecting the personal identifiable information(PCI) of AAA’s customers.  A selection process for automated redaction software was ensued and AAA selected system integrator ParagonSystems together with their “OmniShield” redaction software to create a solution forAAA‘s business need.

Paragon Systems implemented an ECM solution for document capture, workflow, and retention for this particular institution over 20 years ago.  Although the technology has changed dramatically over the past 2 decades the institution has been able to use the same ECM system by upgrading the ECM environment.  The bank has benefited financially by being able to avoid the cost of system replacement while still being able to support required regulations and an ever changing operating environment.
